POD
Proof of Delivery (POD)
On-site evidence that a field job was completed — photos, signature, geotag, timestamp.
POD is the verifiable record a field engineer captures to close a job: photos, an e-signature, GPS geotag, and timestamp. It closes the ticket instantly and feeds straight into billing, removing disputes about whether work was done.
