This Privacy Policy explains how Centoffer, a service operated by Brocent Singapore Pte. Ltd. (“Centoffer”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our websites, the Services OS™ platform, and related portals and applications (the “Services”). By using the Services you acknowledge the practices described here.

1. Data we collect

  • Account & profile data — name, work email, company, role, skills, certifications, languages, and coverage area you provide.
  • Operational data — tickets, dispatch, service records, proof-of-delivery, performance and SLA data generated through the Services.
  • Payment data — billing and payout details. Sensitive financial identifiers (such as bank account numbers) are encrypted at rest.
  • Usage & device data — log data, IP address, device and browser information, and analytics about how the Services are used.
  • Communications — messages, support requests, and form submissions you send us.

2. How we use data

We use personal data to: provide and operate the Services; match customers, providers, and engineers; process dispatch, billing, and payouts; provide support; maintain security and prevent fraud; comply with legal obligations; and improve the Services. We may send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing you can opt out of.

3. Legal bases

Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract; your consent; our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services; and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How we share data

  • Between platform participants — to enable a service engagement, relevant data is shared among the customer, provider, and engineer involved.
  • Service providers — vendors who host, process, or support the Services under contract (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing).
  • Affiliates — including Brocent, where needed to operate the Services.
  • Legal & safety — where required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services.

We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

The Services operate across 170+ countries, so personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet legal, accounting, and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirements.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption at rest for sensitive credentials, access controls, audit logging, and role-based permissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@centoffer.com. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

If you are in Singapore, our Data Protection Officer (DPO) is your contact for access, correction, and questions about your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). 9. Cookies

We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them. See our Cookie Notice for details.

10. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a new “Last updated” date, and material changes will take effect as described in the notice.
