IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change)
Routine deployment work: installing, relocating, adding, or changing IT equipment.
IMAC describes the high-volume deployment tasks of IT operations — installing new hardware, moving equipment, adding capacity, or changing configurations — each typically closed with proof of delivery on-site.
