Stronger account security: two-factor authentication and granular access
New two-factor authentication and finer role-based permissions give MSP admins tighter control over who can see and do what.
Account security just got stronger. You can now enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your company account and your engineers, adding a second layer of protection beyond passwords.
Alongside 2FA, role-based permissions are now more granular. MSP admins can decide exactly which sections — orders, billing, workforce, reporting — each team member can view or edit.
Combined with encryption at rest and full audit logging, these controls give you bank-grade governance over your Centoffer workspace. We recommend enabling 2FA for all admin accounts today.
